Pricing FAQ
- How does ModelServer pricing work?
- You pay the upstream model price (e.g. Claude or GPT cost) plus a flat 5.5% platform fee. No subscriptions, no monthly minimums, no markups on individual tokens.
- What is the minimum top-up?
- The minimum top-up is $5. There is no maximum and your balance never expires.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. The 5.5% platform fee is the only fee. Orders under $20 may carry an 8% small-order fee to cover payment processing — this is shown clearly at checkout.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Alipay and WeChat Pay are also supported for users in China.
